The team
James Ziegler

James joined Marcus & Millichap in 2006 and founded the Ziegler Team in 2012. A graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, he focuses on selling multifamily and mixed-use buildings across Chicagoland and Northern Illinois, and is known for closing the difficult deals. He's an apartment owner himself, so he underwrites every building the way an investor would.
