James Ziegler is responsible for assembling the Ziegler Team of associates.  An embodiment of both the mission and the culture of the Ziegler Group, he is a professional who will stop at nothing to help you achieve your goals.  James brings 10+ years of market expertise to the table and has closed more than $100 million in transactions.  James is a proud graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is delighted to serve as a First Vice President in the Ziegler Team.

Ian Luscombe, a fourth-year associate in the Ziegler Group at Marcus & Millichap, takes pride in providing client satisfaction. Always one to put others first, his communication and people skills are where he truly excels. Ian earned his degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Butler University in 2015, where he also played football. Ian has personally closed 16 deals since starting in 2015.

A personable individual with a go-getter attitude, KJ Zelenika is the definition of a team player. He attributes much of the success in his young career to Wabash College, where he earned his degree in History with a minor in Business and Economics. A four-year varsity baseball player, his competitive spirit stands out at the Ziegler Group. KJ has continued to raise the bar everyday since joining the team as an associate one year ago. KJ has closed 13 deals since joining the team.

Anthony Catanese is a sales professional known for his passion and enthusiasm. He aims to build resilient relationships through his committed and passionate demeanor, a skill he developed in college as a captain of the Winona State football team. His degrees in Business Marketing and Business Administration provide him with a wide skill set. Now, Anthony is excited to serve as the newest member of the Ziegler Team at Marcus & Millichap.

Ryan Stuart is an inspired individual who brings a diverse repertoire of skills and unmatched work ethic to the work place. With more than four years of sales & financial experience and a degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, where he was also a four-year varsity Swimmer. He has been a true asset to the team since joining in 2016.

Mike Volini is a tenacious individual with a passion for real estate. He specializes in the near southside neighborhoods including Pilsen, Bridgeport, Little Village, and McKinley Park. Mike aims to develop long-lasting relationships with his clients by aligning with their goals and delivering exceptional performance. Using skills learned from his degree in management from Indiana University and years of prior sales experience, Mike is excited to provide the highest satisfaction for his clients.
